Since the Starlight Cove Homeowners’ Association was formed in 1989, dedicated neighbors have volunteered their time and skill to serve on our Board of Directors and various committees to help our community thrive and become one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Broward County.
While there are undoubtedly many HOA neighborhoods that feature overbearing and unreasonable board members, we are fortunate to have professional, neighborly board members who maintain positive relationships with their friends and neighbors in the community and who act as prudent stewards of the Association’s finances.
